Overview:
We Evolve Healthcare are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Clinical Laboratory Scientist to join our team. As a Clinical Laboratory Scientist, you will play a crucial role in conducting clinical trials, performing laboratory procedures, and analyzing data. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the advancement of medical research and patient care.
Performs analyses in hematology, chemistry urinalysis, coagulation, blood bank and microbiology according to expected performance standards. Performs venipuncture, finger stick, or heel stick on identified patients by physician's request in a timely, accurate and caring manner. Keeps documented records current regarding maintenance and quality control. Meets the lab service goals as scheduled or report problems to lab director. Promotes adherence to the Company's Code of Business Conduct and the Corporate Compliance Agreement by monitoring employee performance and identifying and responding to compliance issues. Conducts job responsibilities in accordance with the standards set out in the Company's Code of Business Conduct, its policies and procedures, the Corporate Compliance Agreement, applicable federal and state laws, and applicable professional standards.
Requirements:
- Must have ASCP certification & a California License, must be attached to resume.
- Must have BLS certification, (Must be through the American Heart Association), RQI NOT ACCEPTED
- Must have 3 years recent as Clinical Lab Scientist
- Must have a Bachelor's degree as an MLS or CLS
- Shifts will be 5a-3p.
